Rush Health reviews all written disease management materials developed for patients to identify any marketing and/or advertising information. Rush Health reviews all written disease management and clinical performance improvement program materials developed for practitioners to identify any marketing and/or advertising information. Rush Health makes available to participating practitioners, upon request, information about any financial ownership arrangements between it and other entities engaged in advertising, marketing and provision of goods and services offered through the organization.
